1. Agreement

These terms govern access to the AureusNodes website, membership application, account, and platform services. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy and that you have legal capacity to enter this agreement.

2. Membership applications

Submitting an application creates an account but does not guarantee acceptance, availability, eligibility, pricing, node activation, rewards, travel, property access, or any commercial transaction. We may request further information, perform appropriate checks, approve, decline, suspend, or close an application or account where reasonably necessary.

3. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate and current information, protect your credentials, use the platform lawfully, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Infrastructure and digital assets

Digital assets, networks, infrastructure performance, availability, reward rates, operating costs, and market values can change and may involve substantial risk. Displayed rates, projections, points, market information, and illustrations are not guaranteed returns, financial advice, or a promise of value. Specific purchases and services may be governed by additional terms presented before commitment.

5. Payments and blockchain transactions

You must verify payment instructions, networks, assets, addresses, amounts, and fees before sending funds. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Third-party networks and providers may experience delays, errors, outages, forks, or other events outside our reasonable control. A submitted payment is not treated as confirmed until our records show the required confirmation and reconciliation.

6. The Aureus privilege collection

The privilege collection is designed around active node ownership. One active node may open access to eligible private member seminars and published seven-night luxury vacations; two active nodes may additionally open the published luxury-car collection; three or more active nodes may additionally open qualifying luxury house-property rewards. Access is cumulative but is not automatic entitlement to any particular item.

Every redemption also requires the stated AureusPoints balance, active membership in good standing, identity and eligibility verification, available inventory, administrative approval, and acceptance of the specific reward terms. Vacation dates, destinations, accommodation, guest count, transport, taxes, insurance, visas, and incidentals are included only when expressly stated. Car rewards may require a valid licence, insurance, registration, taxes, delivery eligibility, and compliance with local law. Property rewards require separate legal documentation, title and ownership checks, taxes, fees, insurance, jurisdictional eligibility, and independent legal and tax advice.

AureusPoints are programme units only. They are not cash, deposits, securities, cryptocurrency, transferable property, or a guaranteed store of value. Rewards, point requirements, inventory, and programme rules may change prospectively; an approved redemption remains governed by the written confirmation issued for that redemption.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the platform, evade security controls, introduce harmful code, scrape or copy protected material, impersonate others, violate law, or interfere with other users or services. Platform content, design, branding, software, and related rights remain owned by AureusNodes or its licensors.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to operate the platform with care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis and implied warranties are excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AureusNodes is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or speculative losses, including market movements, lost opportunities, third-party failures, or user error. Any applicable liability limits must be interpreted subject to mandatory consumer and other applicable law.

10. Suspension, termination, and changes

We may restrict or end access for material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, compliance requirements, or platform discontinuation. You may request account closure, subject to outstanding obligations and required record retention. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date; material updates may require renewed acceptance.

11. Governing provisions and contact
